VR28.13 is real, but here is the key:
VR28.13 is not yet publicly released in the U.S. or EU campaign bulletins, and no workshop campaign code (WSD0, WRS0, etc.) has been officially published for it yet.
This is why your dealer could see it internally but you couldn’t find anything online.
VR28.13 is an incremental update to the same software network family as VR28.11 (WSD0).
Porsche is rolling it out in phases, market-by-market, typically:
