Charge your car to 95%. Then unplug and leave undisturbed for 10 hours to balance the battery. I bet this will solve your problem. I had exactly the same issue as you 3 times and this resolved it.

I can pull all module versions for my EV6 but I can only see OBD2 and CAN Gateway modules for the Macan

The only module version I can retrieve from Carscanner is for the CAN Gateway. This screenshot is after the update. I didn't capture before. If someone can provide before version we can compare.
