Porsche NACS complimentary adapter email

I just got home and found my adapter sitting at my front door. I never got a shipping notification or a message from FedEx saying something was on its way because Porsche didn't include my apartment number in the destination address, so it didn't match my FedEx account.

Fedex also delivered my free NACS adapter today. I didn’t even get a notice from Porsche that it shipped, yet it’s already here. Ordered the adapter last wednesday, for a ‘25 Turbo that I ordered in February and took delivery of this past May.

Does anyone’s My Porsche app show the NACS-DC adapter instructions under the Owners Manual tab as it did a few months ago? That is not an option for me.

Adapter just arrived via FedEx! Just in time for a short road trip next week!

If nobody has mentioned it, this fits well in the frunk slot. Snug but not tight enough to bend the thin plastic divider.

I received mine yesterday as well. It also fits perfectly in the rear trunk under the floor cover in the small space next to the Bose speaker system.

you tend to need the adapter when traveling - when traveling the cargo area tends to be full - you don't want to have to unpack the cargo area to get to the adapter

I recommend the frunk - and it fits well in the little cubby near the firewall/windshield area…

I have a 24 Macan EV and received the email from Porsche about three weeks ago. I filled out the form successfully. They indicated it would ship as soon as available but still waiting.

Anyone in the US that placed the order on Sept 10 or later and that already received the adapter?

Located in the USA, I placed my order on 30 September after returning from holiday. No notification yet. Will be tracking timeline to receipt of the unit.
