Your EVSE shouldn’t be able to blow a fuse if it is configured correctly to live within the limits of the electrical system.
Which adapter were you using? Did the fuse blow immediately after starting the charging?

The Macan has a permanent magnet motor without a clutch, so it never completely disconnects. In order to not create a braking force, the motor receives just enough current to keep up with the motion of the vehicle...
I'm not disputing that the update might create new problems for some given the vast number of different vehicle configurations and country-dependent requirements, but I've had the v28.13 update for about ten days now and haven't noticed any new issues.

It seems at least plausible that the car recognized a human face directly in front of the moving vehicle and performed an emergency stop. But that doesn’t explain the second incident that occurred under completely different circumstances.

However, the windshield wiper nozzles are heated, as is the fluid reservoir. This is the case regardless of whether you have the heated windshield option.
In the USA, you also have the option of using Small Claims Court. In New Jersey where the OP is located, the claim limit is $5000, which seems to fit well with this incident. However, you still have to prove some damages, which would be difficult.

If you’re using PlugShare make sure you tell it that you have a NACS adapter, enable the Tesla Supercharger network, and hide Tesla-only stations.
