I did not hear it at first, then I turned up the volume and put the phone speaker to my ear. It sounds like a phone ringer on vibrate as the original poster said. I have not experienced this on our 10 month old 4S.
My understanding from my dealer when I asked same question is the ppf installer has a template for cutting the ppf. The photo above imo clearly shows a template was used as it’s a perfect cutout. Perhaps it won’t look great if the ppf is matte, but you can’t really tell if glossy as already stated.
Pickup my car this morning after getting the update and open campaigns done.
Year and Model: 2025 Macan 4S
Your Location: US
Charger at Home: Chargepoint Flex Hardwired
Charging Port: Driver side AC
Timeline: Tested after update given this thread - normal charging behavior was experienced.
Dropped mine off this morning for the software update and various campaign fixes. While I have not had many software issues, my fingers are crossed too that the update does not create more issues… I did decline the goofy fix for the passenger seatbelt.
Good point. Not sure if the tolerance for a warning light is 4Lbs or if I can specify? I’m actually the one that looked at the tire pressure in the left tube and showed the service unit advisor. Point being, it’s a shame the first response from dealers about a customer concerns is “it’s normal.”
That’s crazy… Can’t wait to hear what the foreman says :) I had an issue with the car pulling to the left a bit. Dealer said must be the camber in the road. I asked them to check the tire air pressure and it was 4lbs light! Once properly filled it no longer pulled. Sheesh!
Interesting… I have a 17 Pro Max in an Apple Techwoven case and it works fine. The only orientation I have tried is camera bump towards the passenger seat (US).
Interesting… that has been my fear! I sit in the vehicle through the wash on a conveyor type, put it in neutral and press lock. Fortunately I have not had the power doors or frunk open.
I had the exact same situation on my 4S. When I was in for the software update an camera recall I pointed it out to my SA. He took a few pictures and the next day I was notified replacements were ordered under warranty. The new ones looked clean and I hope they stay that way. I’m sure Porsche...
I got this error yesterday at an EA charging station. Sadly, they are not maintained well and I chalked it up to a bad charger. I moved to a different station and it charged as normal. I hope it’s not your car! Please keep us informed as to what the issue was.
I had the same thing but a bit worse. Porsche service found there was some sort of oily residue deep under the camera housing that was not easy to see. It was not the camera itself. Apparently the camera cleaning washer fluid has some alcohol which dissolves the residue. Lastly, the fix was to...
Interesting. Ours is much better than previous car (Alpha). No longer have to get right up on the door. We programmed the middle button but I can’t imagine one button is different than another.
I had a similar concern/issue. Was told the electric steering is more sensitive, whatever that means. Tech took car for a drive and said it’s normal for our crowned roads. I then asked them to check tire pressure. The left front tire was 3lbs lower than the right and others. Once air was added...
