... Hmm... Deja Vue or a glitch in the matrix... but that does look very similar to the list the provided me.

Harmonized handling when driving over uneven surfaces: Adjustments in the chassis control concept ensure more comfortable and quieter driving over bumps and uneven surface
I wonder if this could resolve cracking sounds coming from the suspension when driving over speed bumps.

(EU markets) Harmonization of the warning tone in the event of speeding: The audible warning has been adjusted and replaced with a more pleasant sound (was definitely in SQ4 though, maybe they just forgot to list it in the Changelog)
Maybe because NHTSA is specific to the USA market only they do not list changes for other markets. Have not been through the change logs to see if they have [EU] references inside, just guessing.

i think itll just take some time. The WSJ0 update was being rolled out to ppl before it hit the NHTSA site too

The SQ4 update was optional but the SQ5 is a global recall campaign WTA6.

Just booked an appointment and confirmed the content of this update is exactly like this list mentioned here before. Dealer says it should indeed reduce the issue of sounds coming from front suspension.

Dealer called me yesterday to arrange a visit for this one. Seems related to the issues I have had since VR28.13. Fingers crossed that will set the car back to its previous rock solid state.

It's nice that they picked up on it and that I did not have to chase them to get the update.

@Flying4Fun, well maybe it wasn't clear but what I did is taking your list and remove the entries that were listed in the .pdf for SQ4 already.
Ah yes, I missed the detail it was the differnces between the two. Thank you for the clarification.
So far, this subjectivly feels like a good update. No AC charger issues, smoother travel on roads. It does feel like a little more comfort bias on the normal mode for air suspension, but I dont think it bothers me - if anything, a reason to switch to sport mode earlier :) if ones wants that.

I had saw on the work order it said recall, but I didn't click in this was an actual recall - I glossed over that when reading it. If they are committed to this as a recall, that must mean they have high confidence in the repair effectives also.

My experience the last 24 hours approx. now, the car feels peaceful, and put together. While subjective, I think it at least has some basis of truth. Drives a little smoother than before for suspension and feels better on the road. I want to get at least a month of time with it before I commit to these positive feelings about this update, but it feels promising at this moment.

I don't see the problem, you still have to pick up the phone, book an appointment, waste your time driving the car to the dealer, get a taxi back, pray the entire day they don't brick it, make it worse etc., etc.
The only additional step is the complaining part which is not hard to do since every macan ev suffers from tons of issues from sound not working, plenty of warning messages in all available colours white/yellow/red, plenty of failures regarding profiles, carplay, blank screens, battery drain, failure to unlock, etc. etc. just pick any from the list and you're good to go, it's not that they can track the errors anyway (this has been verified).
my experience with 20,000 miles since november of 2024 differs from this - so it’s not true that “every Macan” suffers enormous problems

Admittedly, “all Macans” is probably not entirely accurate, but “some Macans” is, and “some” is already too many when it comes to yours...

Details of all the recall campaigns including latest WTA6 cover very acurately problems reported here on the forum which suggest it affects large number of cars. Perhaps not all but it is widespread enough for the manufacturer to issue these fixes for ALL cars.

So on the plus side - Porsche is fixing these bugs and seems to be doing a better job at it compared to Audi with Q6 etron which seems to be a disaster with a lot of owners on reddit simply tell you not to buy this car.

So presumably this update should fix the charging issues that some of us have had after the first go around with vr28.13?

I dropped by the dealer on Friday, and they confirmed this is the perm fix for AC charging for me. I had not had a chance to post until this morning.

I have had 3 charge cycles on my home AC charger now without issue also.

I have noticed that the range estimate is not currently accurate, but I assume it needs some time to calibrate. It's not out by much, about 2 or 3 % for arrival state - But I should add that when the SoC is below the estimate, the cars estimate doesn't change - so the SoC will be for example 70%, but the car says you will arrive with 72%, you started the trip with 80% as an example. I think the update deleted the historical usage data, and it's in process of collecting it, but that's a guess.

I hope the accuracy improves. I have done the 'let it sit' for the day with a 95% plus SOC to get battery rebalance and stuff completed. But the one trip I had after that was still off by about 2%.

I will be monitoring and see if it improves.

The only other thing I noticed is the ride is smoother, much smoother for the air suspension. There have been no software glitches so far either. but I only have about 500km of driving since I got it back Thursday night.

Other than the range estimates, everything else seems solid. It's expected the range estimates will improve with some drive time.
