    Chinese software & charging test

No my stories don't vary. There are several screenshots of my real problems in several threads of this forum. As well as several positive threads... You have no problem with your macan, and you are unable to understand that I (and others) have several. ALL your posts are consistent: the Macan...

Software updates - why is Porsche so far behind.......?

I get it @Petzi and about that webpage that explicitly advertises OTA for the Macan EV, what' is the problem? https://ask.porsche.com/ca/en-CA/online-software-update/ Dealerships used and are using this as a selling point, it's a fact.

    Chinese software & charging test

One video that says something bad about a non Porsche car: a consensus, an uncontested reality. Several real owners of Porsche EV that say (firsthand & IRL) something bad about their Porsche EV: trolls, nonsensical people, overreacting people Or unfair overexpectations. Porsche EVs are...

Software updates - why is Porsche so far behind.......?

Yes OTA was a selling point, and yes, Porsche doesn't deliver on what it promised, letting alone the several bugs, issues including dangerous ones (total loss of power is obviously a dangerous one) that multiple owners have reported. I have no pleasure at all travelling to the dealership for...

Does your Macan EV keep SoC stable when left idle for a week or longer?

Since the latest update and after 3 months at the dealership, my car has gone crazy with the SoC... in less than 3 days, when idling in underground parking at 14C, 9% has disappeared! I regret my 1% loss per day... Another thing very strange: 250m to reach the end of my trip, SoC at 52%, but...

Does your Macan EV keep SoC stable when left idle for a week or longer?

Yes, you should try. To me, the car when idling, is able to wake several times a day. I suspect because of the dashcam, the car takes longer to go in sleep mode... to me, it's a new behavior of the car due to to some firmware updates: for the whole 10 months of ownership, when idling, my fitcamx...

Does your Macan EV keep SoC stable when left idle for a week or longer?

Do you have a dash cam or anything connected to the car?

Porsche dealer wants piles of money to fit dashcam - yet it's pre-wired?

You're right, actually Porsche denies the right to use third party accessories. It's a big surprise to me that we are authorized to plug third party usb accessories in the car without losing the warranty! I can't imagine the risk for people who lower the car, change some parts including wheels.

A complete tour of the Cayenne EV battery factory

it seems to be the next level of the macan EV https://electrek.co/2026/02/02/porsche-cayenne-electric-enters-production-we-toured-its-battery-factory/

    Cracked driver mirror

They probably will tell you it’s not under warranty and ask for thousands to replace it… Let us know…

    VR28.13 Software Update

It would be kind if you could try turning off you dash cam, and measure idling consumption. (I DM you for more context)

    VR28.13 Software Update

Do you have a dashcam or anything plugged in the car via usb or more directly into the LV system?

Does your Macan EV keep SoC stable when left idle for a week or longer?

To people with 1% idle consumption: do you have dashcam or anything that is connected to your car, through USB, rain sensor wire or other powered source that is supposed to be off when the car is sleeping?

Does your Macan EV keep SoC stable when left idle for a week or longer?

Another weird behavior, so now: - majority of the cars : 0% change, no matter idle time, 1 or 10+ days, - 20% (almost?) of the cars were in the first category, but for no apparent reason, they have fallen in the category of 1% loss per day, almost consistently. - Others: it depends and varies...

Does your Macan EV keep SoC stable when left idle for a week or longer?

I agree, the App SoC is not reliable, even if some people on this forum don't like this fact... The app states that it has updated data, but for sure, it does't mean the data related to SoC have been updated with the latest incar value... It's probably one of the many problems of the server side...

Does your Macan EV keep SoC stable when left idle for a week or longer?

And my loaner Macan (which is problem free) loses 0% per week in the same conditions as my Turbo, which loses 1% per day since the problem has appeared. (underground parking, no 4g/5g connectivity, stable temperature) 30kWh per month for 0 km/miles, I can't imagine it's "within specs" 😂

Does your Macan EV keep SoC stable when left idle for a week or longer?

My car is at the dealership since 3rd of November, first for the red circle of death, and since 12/12, when they've said they've solved the red circles (which it remains to be confirmed), I've refused to take back the car because of the over consumption, 1% per day meaning 40 watts consumption...

Does your Macan EV keep SoC stable when left idle for a week or longer?

You are so adamant, that now, you even insinuate that my problems and others's are not true. Come on... Several people have issues, more or less severe, why are you unable to accept the facts, there's no consequence for you. 14 cars actually have the 1% problem. By the way, the readings...
