My dealer is still in the stage of ruling out external influence (meaning my home's infrastructure), and apparently they still don't have enough data to escalate to Porsche AG. They wanted to send an electrician to install a device to lower the voltage from 240.2 to 240 and below to see if it charges. But my husband doesn't want them messing with our electrical system when he knows it's not our house that's the problem; proven by the fact that other cars (Taycan and X) are able to charge at our house. So right now, it's a waiting game for me because they're going to try another client who is having the same issue as me and they're going to send electrician to her house if she's okay with it. It really sucks when their local diagnostic process is so slow. They literally sat on their butts on this until I called Porsche Canada to complain.
You need to push back because my dealer (only at first) did the same thing. It sadly depends on how firm you are which is evidently showing how they suddenly became willing to solve the issue after you escalated to HQ. If I were you, I would get a loaner and leave it to them until they find a solution. If there is an open case on your car connected to the warranty they get compensation for every km on the loaner anyway.

I'm having the same issue with our new Lucid Gravity. The Grizzl-E I've had for 5 years charged our Mach-E just fine, and charges our Macan just fine. But faults every time I plug in the Gravity. So I tried the mobile charger that came with the Gravity using the same 240V outlet, and it works on the Gravity. I also tried the the Porsche mobile charger and it works on the Gravity too. Everything works with everything else except the combination of the Grizzl-E + Gravity.

Strange.
That's weird. Maybe Lucid is picky about the charger. Interestingly Flying4fun recommended the Grizzl-E to me, and I joined their club and got their mini charger. Since charger becomes free after charging 4000kw, and we earn $0.03/kw thereafter, I figured why not. User daveo4EV told me to get rid of the Porsche Mobile Charger as it's not very good. We will see if it charges with the grizzl-e. Should be getting it next week.

They said they could give me an ICE macan loaner, but I really don’t like driving an ICE car after driving the EV. The instant torque makes the driving experience so much better. Plus no more standing in the freezing cold to gas up, plus cheaper and cleaner fuel. Can’t beat it. Today I took my car to my neighbour’s house, whose cars charges at my house, to test charging mine. My car doesn’t charge at her house. I wasn’t surprised about that since her house is on the same electric distribution system as mine. She’s a few houses down the road. But she’s able to charge her Taycan and X at her own home. If this isn’t enough proof for Porsche to rule out my home infrastructure as the culprit, then I don’t know what else they need to escalate this.

I do not know if the home charging is solved yes or no, but I think the issue is not the voltage it’s the neutral line and or grounding. We had a power outage and when they fixed it temporary for a few hours all devices worked except my fridge … I checked the wall plug and it was delivering 230v and working … ordered a new fridge … only to cancel the order as in the evening they did the final repair and the fridge started working again. So my 2 cents, it’s not voltage but it’s something else that is wrong and the Porsche onboard charger is not happy for some reason.

@Pepppie Apologies, but this all started from a software update which bricked a lot of owner's charging. I could start a new thread, but I think we're almost at the end of the discussion anyway. This information could help other users experiencing the same issue troubleshoot their problem.
2 pages further... Not quite there yet ;-)

I think a separate topic would work better (with a link from this topic)
