Anyone know if it’s an option and/or even possible yet? I’ve seen that Suncoast has the ESS part available, but only for Taycan.

“Comes standard” means they’ve baked the cost of the option into the price. Like PASM or glass roof comes standard for some models but not others - doesn’t mean the glass roof is already there but covered (looking at you Tesla).

I too was hoping to code the Sport Sound but it does look like different/extra speakers are needed for it.

That seems included in the MY26 GTS and Turbo but not prior model years.

I have it on my Macan and I am looking to turn it off permanently. It's possible in the comfort-drive mode, but not in sport and sport plus. Really annoying fake buzzing sound!

Just turn it off in the the Sport and Sport+ drive mode settings and store them.

Are you SAVING the settings after turning off Electric Sport Sound? You need to tap on the checkmark that is in the upper left corner of the car graphic, which should produce a message saying that your settings were saved.

They told me it's not about parts, just software.

I had it on a long term loaner, its a nice noise, but it really encourages speed, because you only get the nice noise when accelerating. I didnt spec it on my own car.
