I'd much rather have Porsche offer me a retrofit for digital key - I'll even pay reasonable money for it.

I picked up my car after this update.

They don't apply the extension of V28.11 if you don't have one yet (campaign WSD0) and instead do the update to V28.13 (campaign WSJ0).

On the surface everything works fine and so far I have not had any issues but have not driven the car much. Before I've had some errors almost every time I used the car so it's progress.

They informed me "you have to discharge/recharge 4 times for the new algo of calculating SoC/range to take effect" and also told me it's a cumulative update fixing lots of errors reported by customers (much more than what's in this brief description mentioned here).

I think there is SLIGHT change to how the air suspension works (a bit quicker to react) but it does not fix the PASM/anti dive "cracking sound" from front suspension. It may be quieter but it's not gone. The innodrive feels smoother and LKA is less aggressive.

It did not reset all my settings which is nice. I don't see any new options.

It updated the PCM software version to this:

The software versions you are showing are the same as mine, which is not updated.

The innodrive feels smoother and LKA is less aggressive. > this alone would make the update worth it to me.

Any comments on these statements?

They claim "optimization of the Porsche Charging Planner (...) this his system will now allow you to prioritize or exclude specific charging stations and providers" - this is old news, it was introduced with a new mobile app some time ago.

I don't see any changes to the surround view and there is no digital key sorry, I guess it would require new hardware.

This was already the version within the 28.11-update. My car also got updated to 28.13, but I'm still searching in the menus where I can find any info that says the software is updated...

Look at the kernel version and date, mine got updated to 2025 but it’s the only difference I see.

Keep in mind this is only PCM, you won’t find anything about v28.13 there.

Strange! I had the same 2025 March 10 in the 28.11. Maybe this is something else and has nothing to do with the 28.13 update. I'll pick up mine monday morning and will have a look.

The mobile app is able to prefer charging stations but your car isn't. That's the problem. If you plan a route on your mobile app and send it to the car, it will ignore your preferences. It simply is not able to prioritize specific providers. It will continue to select any charging station. No matter what you selected. That's why the charging planner is rubbish. I would be more than glad if they bring this feature into the car.

When planning a route via app you can set a stop as a mandatory stop. The car will keep the stop no matter what. Strange thing that we have no setting for this in the car.

made a 1500km holliday road-trip last week, worked like a charme.

My brief experience with the new update is the following:

I haven’t had any error messages over the past few days, which is a big plus. Basically, the car is now operating at the minimum level it should’ve been at a year ago, which in forum language is now a @Petzi car! *haha*

As for the MY26 updates — I haven’t noticed any real differences. No new features for the 360 camera or anything similar. Innodrive feels a bit smoother, maybe, but not by much.

The biggest improvement seems to be how quickly the range adjusts during recuperation, which is definitely a positive change.

Overall, this update seems focused on stability and performance rather than new features.

One thing worth mentioning: my dealer said that with this update, the manufacturer made it a lot easier for them to run diagnostics and pinpoint issues much faster than before.

In summary, there are no MY26 features available for MY24–25 cars at the moment. My dealer confirmed this as well — maybe they’ll offer something later on.

At the very least, it would make sense to let those of us who paid for full comfort access be able to subscribe to it (digital key), like with other features in the past.

Do you notice any changes to how the air suspension works and reacts? I feel the difference but I’ve had an alignment and some adjustments done with the update.

As for the errors I can confirm, so far none where previously I’ve had tons. Going on longer roadtrip to Vienna on monday so I’ll confirm for sure.
