Hi Folks,

I just received my adapter today! I am based in Montreal, Canada for reference. It's heavier than I expected, and comes in a nice carrying case! I have a 2024 Macan, purchased December 2024.

I got one from a dealer. If email/adapter shows up for ‘24’s within 30 days I’ll figure out what to do then. Road trip coming up, didn’t want to chance 3rd party adapter.

I just received this email from PCNA. I filled out the linked form and got a second confirmation. Free adapter from PCNA in the United States. I have a 2025 Macan Turbo I bought in March.

Thanks for the heads up. I haven’t received a shipping confirmation email yet, however I checked FedEx and see that I too have a package from PCNA Atlanta sent from MN being processed for delivery on Friday.

In the email link I received there’s a section that says:

Get your complimentary NACS DC Adapter for Taycan (model year 2025 – 2026) and Macan Electric (2024 – 2025).
To charge at NACS DC charging stations, you will need the new Porsche NACS DC Adapter. Eligible Porsche owners will automatically receive a step-by-step guide on how to order their adapter to the email address they provided when they created their My Porsche ID.

I also haven’t received the email, or “emails.” December 2024 Macan 4, and June 2025 Macan 4. I have a Lectron adapter I purchased and I almost always charge at EA locations. So I am not in any hurry. I assume they need to work through the backlog, but will contact them in a month if I don’t hear from them.
