I recall reading in one of those Porsche news emails a few weeks ago that they will be sending them to owners for no charge. But then I may have had a few beers when I read that. .

I took delivery today and specifically asked so far they can't tell how and when the adapter will be released - kinda usual for dealers to know last.

Ended up with a 25 Gentian Blue 4S from SF, they had a nice deal for me!
SC wanted almost 3 times more on a 24 Macan Turbo and somewhat the same on a 24 Macan 4 cpo (probably PCNA Launch spec) so i guess that's why they are stuck with 6 of them and many other CPOs..
Also the new Porsche promotion doesn't include CPOs so i went for the new option.

Awesome. Congrats! I purchased from SF also (but took delivery at PECLA.) They have been great to work with in my experience, so far.

I must say I am pleasantly surprised and impressed by Porsche’s NACS adapter program.

Not only is the adapter free for us, but those with older Taycans can order what appears to be a Lectron-made adapter for less than what Lectron sells it for.

It appears they are giving free adapters to anyone that bought their EV after the Porsche-Tesla agreement was announced. It will be even nicer when they get it into Plug and Charge.

As one of the seven people with faith that it would be free, I'm still amazed. Porsche really is great.

For Taycan, they cut it off for 2025. Beyond that, order your own. I bought a A2Z version on sale but it’ll be a spare since I can order a free one for the Macan and Taycan.
