I don't see the problem, you still have to pick up the phone, book an appointment, waste your time driving the car to the dealer, get a taxi back, pray the entire day they don't brick it, make it worse etc., etc.Too bad there is no campaign for these minor updates (SQ4 / SQ5).
There was for V28.13 but it was for the first revision of this software.
Once you have this the campaign is done.
You have to complain to your dealer to have these fixes applied.
The only additional step is the complaining part which is not hard to do since every macan ev suffers from tons of issues from sound not working, plenty of warning messages in all available colours white/yellow/red, plenty of failures regarding profiles, carplay, blank screens, battery drain, failure to unlock, etc. etc. just pick any from the list and you're good to go, it's not that they can track the errors anyway (this has been verified).
