I am not using regen. Coasting gets me more miles/km per kwh than gaining through regen. I tried both modes and found out (at least on my daily routes) that coasting has less consumption than regen.

It is probably a software bug. Mine is working as designed and I use it on long trips as well as on daily city routes. It is very accurate, showing traffic and AC/DC chargers. If it could show traffic/speed cameras (using waze or apple maps for this feature), it would just be perfect.

I just updated the app at version 15.25.14 build 397. Setting a departure time is possible. i t still exists at previous set charge times, I created a new one where I set a new departure time.
