So let me get this straight. You delete all the departures in the car and they randomly reappear in the car again? Or are they departures from your app? Are these departures showing on both your app and the car? This is what I see and have to toggle the button to get the charging going again.

This direct charge has been in the app for me since the very beginning, when I got the car in December 2024. Maybe it’s different in the EU and they just added it for you guys.I have not seen this direct charging toggle in my app, and I keep up to date with application updates!
This happens to me aswell in my MY26So let me get this straight. You delete all the departures in the car and they randomly reappear in the car again? Or are they departures from your app? Are these departures showing on both your app and the car?
I don't believe they'll be able to fix it, they need a software update from Porsche to undo whatever the November patch broke. Hopefully I'm wrong because its a PITA to drive to an Electrify America. You and I most likely go to the same dealership. I just handed over my car to the Porsche downtown Chicago dealership. Hopefully they will be able to fix mine.
mean while my dealership has had my 2025 Macan 4 for almost 2 months and they still think my house is the issue. Will be calling the dealership tomorrow and bringing this to their attention. Thank you so much for posting this!!I've had the same issue since I bought my car back in November (see post below). The dealer has had my vehicle for a total of 2.5 weeks testing and troubleshooting the issue and I was just notified today that a November 25th software update WSJ0 breaks all AC charging on vehicles in the Chicagoland area. Porsche NA is aware and is looking into the issue. Hopefully this gets resolved soon.

Interesting. To be clear both of my ports work. They just don't work with my charger at home. Like I was able to charge my car at the dealership using their AC charger.I don't believe they'll be able to fix it, they need a software update from Porsche to undo whatever the November patch broke. The November update probably increased the sensitivity of the charging which doesn't affect your dealership maybe. Not sure. The service manager did tell me that they charged a loaner Macan on AC successfully then applied the software update and observed that AC charging was not functional after the update.Interesting. You said in the thread you linked, that they ordered the central high voltage box to replace yours. Did they do that yet? I’m assuming it didn’t actually fix anything if you’re still having problems. I agree it’s a PITA to charge elsewhere. You waste so much time. Every week, I gotta drive to the dealership to charge because there is no electrify Canada near me. Closest one is an hour away. And our temperature is sub zero right now, and my car doesn’t even precondition properly. The battery temp doesn’t even go up 1C, if it’s warmer it goes up by 1 or 2C. Not sure how fast the heat pump is supposed to heat up the battery, but doesn’t seem like it’s working at all for me. So when I plug it in to the dealer’s DC charger with a -3C battery temp, charging speed starts at around 43kw. It eventually heats up but still speed hovers around 83kw. I sit there for an hour, longer if I charge to 100%.I don't believe they'll be able to fix it, they need a software update from Porsche to undo whatever the November patch broke. Did they give you an EV loaner? Or you’re driving an ICE Macan? You said they’ve had your car for two months, why would they keep it for that long without even starting a ticket with Porsche Canada?mean while my dealership has had my 2025 Macan 4 for almost 2 months and they still think my house is the issue. They ended up giving me a Macan ev loaner after a month with an ice Macan that was given to me still dirty with dirty wipes in the center console AND they didn’t even bother cleaning the snow off the car when I picked it up.Did they give you an EV loaner?
