Track your dream how to?

Hello all, I am a bit confused about this Traci your dream feature of Porsche. I got an email telling me that I can access track your dream. The included link brings me to my Porsche account on the Porsche website but only to tell me, I shall download the app, which I have.
And that’s it. My dealer doesn’t really know what to do and only told me that they forward the topic to someone somewhere. Does anyone know what should happen or what I might miss?

create a porsche account
login into the myPorsche app
click the "Add vehicle" button
enter your commission number which you can get from your dealer

if you don't have a commission number you don't have an order…

Interestingly, my app does not have the option to add via commission number. I only get the VIN-Option. Maybe it does not offer that always? Or something from my dealer needs to be activated?

I emailed porsche uk support as my sales dealer has no idea what i was even talking about. Support email me a link. Clicked it and was good to go. Iphone app. Currently at stage 3. On the production line being built.

Interesting reply from my dealership: that program is only available for Taycan and 911 orders. Really ?

No, but I have read that it is quite expensive for the dealer to participate in it and maybe yours only does it for these models? But in general Porsche offers this for the Macan for sure.

Track your dream is only available in certain countries.

I was told that it was not available at all for the Macan EV and is currently only for Taycan and 911. I was hoping that would change, but it does not seem so.

Is there anybody that has been able to have track your dream for the Macan?

I was able to TYD from day of order…..based in UK
Order Date: 24/09/25
Build Date: 15/10/25
Arrived At German Port: 05/11/25
Build Photo Received: 06/11/25
Left Port: 14/11/25
Arrived At UK Port: 19/11/25
Collection Date: 03/12/25

Unfortunately there were delays at the UK port at the time for PDI, so it sat there for 2 weeks.

It works in the US. I’ve been tracking mine. I received an e-mail with a link.

Ah, ok then, good to know.
I couldn’t get it to work back when we ordered, 10/24 with delivery 2/25.

wish I’d thought of that (contacting Porsche support). Got jack support from my dealer.
