Hi, I have not had any experience with air suspension before this vehicle.
Have some problems with the car pulling to the left but only at high speeds on highway.
I've had suspension alignment done and it's correct but... this is in locked/normal mode.
When you lower the car the alignment goes off (toe, camber) mostly on the right side.

Dealer says it's normal it happens but... is it though?

How can it be, I get the alignment might change a bit when the height of the air suspension changes but can it really go outside of the specification?

My printout from the alignment test in lowered mode is all red on the right front/rear wheels and dealer brushes is off. I see the car is not stable at high speeds compared to loaners I had. They don't see the problem.

There is an alignment mode, which usually corresponds to highway ride height. Is the adjusted alignment mode near the center of the range or is it hugging one side? The alighnment wil be different during suspension movement as the engineers intend, I wouldn't be surprised if values go out of alignment height range. I wouldn't expect much of a left/right side difference, however unless set up for oval track racing.

What was their comment about the high speed pull? Did they go on a ride with you? Look carefully at tire wear. I had a defective tire at one time long ago that caused something similar as belts moved around.

Doesn’t sound normal at all, if it is also noticeable for a customer, then it definitely isn’t. I would check with another dealer since the warranty is valid across en globe. They might be able to see information through the data base anyway and be subjective because of that, but I would try that..

Had a similar issue with a Tesla and the service guys asked me to put it on Autopilot and see if constantly correct itself. The problem was with the road itself ... A portion of the highway wasn't done properly 😅 Then another rented Tesla had this issue (in a different country), I had to constantly correct it and it happens that the wheels were not balanced properly. Try using Innodrive and see if it struggles to stay centered. I find that all EVs have very twitchy steering tbh ...

It seems there is a procedure for calibrating height sensors and there are some new height maps for MY2024 that need updating. It seems my dealer did not do that. This should be done prior alignment.
