Cayenne EV is better value given the base spec IMHO. Roomier, latest tech etc. Personally I won't now include the Macan EV (new) in my short list unless they reduce the price £10K at least.
None win prizes in the beauty stakes but there are some promising signs coming from BMW at long last.
So it shouldn't be £1500 unless something drastic has happened. Two year service intervals on a Taycan were around £750 for same scope of work.
More expensive on a Macan T (ICE) - same period £1200.
If EV servicing were cheap then dealerships would soon go out of business.
It is for sure a...
Light positive pressure (single) as per any Porsche model on the brake pedal is all that is typically needed to engage HOLD. If on a slope of sufficient gradient it should engage automatically upon detection of rolling.
Check your displays setting in PCM but personally I find it quite handy to have the key routing info displayed in that tube and avoids taking your eyes off the road.
All Porsches have the same setup for demisting. I'm sure some VAG bean counter reckoned a cost cut for a separate heating control for the mirrors was worth it!
In my experience 10 mins isnusually more than enough for the mirrors but not always the rear screen.
Seats - either will suit and the Sports seats have more adjustment which may intrude. If you need massage then its a slam dunk.
Wheels - 21" is ideal 20" best for overall ride comfort and range but you may not notice it and 22" will introduce more discomfort (road surface dependent and reduce...
I honestly don't think so. To do so overlooks the fact that a GTS is effectively a detuned Turbo.
Turbo will be quicker in a straight line no question.
GTS chassis is tuned better and both have PTV+.
I suspect they will be very closely matched and no doubt one of the journalists will go to...
There is no ICE 4S Macan...
ICE GTS or S only (S is what I think you meant).
76 horses separate GTS and 4S EV (significant) but alas only 0.2s difference 0-60 with Launch in favour of 4S EV. GTS will however out pace with top speed 20 mph higher.
Same comparison with Macan S (ICE) and Macan...
Some errors in this video too as he mentions a 22kW AC option which is notable by it's absence on the configurator.
Porsche withdrew this option from the Taycan last year - lots of issues with it.
Watch the Taycan GTS review on Autocar to get a flavour of what to expect.
Actually I did just that and the extra power bump was marginal (it always is between any 4S and GTS).
It is the chassis tuning and PTV+ you notice the most.
Note that the power of the GTS will become the power of the next facelifted 4S - again a standard Porsche trait. Example J1.1 Taycan GTS...
PTV+ before RAS (both preferably). The 5 degree turn is barely noticeable but does reduce turning circle by a metre.
I've optioned RAS twice now (first time I was convinced it wasn't installed such is the non-obvious nature of it.
PTV+ in my experience is a better option to have and useful in...
Carmine has been around on other models for some years now. Suggest looking at any Porsche in this colour before deciding - plenty ICE GTSs to get a good idea in daylight.
I have gloss black Sports Design (full) on my 911 (992.2) - stone chips aren't a thing at this point so I'd move this down the concern list. I tend not to drive close to vehicles in front. PPF is an option but as you're leasing why fuss?
Carmine Red looks good in the sunshine (not often in UK!)...
