Similar issue here but I do have 4G connectivity.

While the app isn't updating with SoC or range, everything else seems to be syncing normally (vehicle status, mileage, vehicle location, tyre pressure, and trip data).

Battery is currently on 62% but the app has been stuck on 49% for over a week.

Also, I can't send anything to the car such as preconditioning or a destination.

Sounds like a remote access authorization issue. I called customer service who provided me with the link below to upload screenshots and submit a report. Awaiting feedback.

Edit: Forgot to mention that I reset the PCM a couple of times but that didn't help. Ended up deleting my account and resetting the vehicle to factory settings to no avail.

Today I visited the dealership and the salesman tried to remove my ID so that he could reinstall it, while also performing a reset to the factory settings.


The result was disappointing – essentially the Porsche systems don’t even show the vehicle as active, and they can’t even resend me an invitation to reconnect the car. It definitely needs to be connected to the dealership’s diagnostic system in order to find a solution

I took delivery of my new Turbo last week and experienced the same Porsche Connect problems that most of you have been plagued with. We tried resetting to factory settings and reinstalling my data but this did not help. Today the dealer did a reset of a couple PCM modules and this fixed everything! Here is what they did! I hope this helps those that have not gotten a solution from their dealer

Does anyone knows were the fuse is and the number of it .
Instructions for Service at Porsche Center:


"To re-establish the data connection in affected vehicles, a complete restart of the ConMod control unit is required.

This can be carried out either by performing a ‘Hard Reset’ diagnostic routine using PIDT/PIWIS, or by removing the corresponding fuse for approximately 3–4 minutes (with CL15 switched off, due to privacy requirements)."

Mine's been in and out of the dealership since May with these issues. Last visit end of august for replacement of multiple control units. Lost connectivity a few days later again.
They're pinning their hopes on the upcoming major software update.

Had the tech come out to my house this last time to check the car, look at satellite signals, take pictures etc, all at the Vaderland's request, so they appear to be as perplexed as anyone by it all. Which doesn't bode well.

Bizarrely, after nearly 2-months of no 4G/5G connectivity in the car, and therefore no traffic, navigation search, hotspot capability or Spotify, everything just started working again this morning. I hadn't done anything at all to force this. Maybe there was an OTA update which helped fix something, or it was a server side issue which was resolved.

Regardless, I'll take it as it means I don't need to leave the car with the dealer to install a major software update that still won't fix all of the software issues in the car (which is a MY24 version).

Dredging this back up - but could ask if people are still having this issue? (Ie no 4G/5G connectivity and very intermittent remote access services).

Malaysia has had issues for last month (vehicle status in app unavailable) and we’ve been told that it’s a telco agreement issue.

Mine started working on its own as well after I connected a slow home charger, which I don't normally do.
While I don't see how this could be linked, at the time it felt like too much of a coincidence to be completely unrelated.

Good to hear it’s working for you. I didn’t do anything new during the 2-3 weeks it was down. It just started working randomly one morning.

Of note I did email Porsche support about the issue and gave my VIN number. I didn’t get a response but it is at least possible they were able to reset it on the backend with my info.

I had a vague suspicion that something similar happened with mine. Might be coincidence...

I my case the app very often - looses connection to the car, takes a long time to update data, presents data that is old/not accurate. It fixes itself on it's own after a while. Due to this I never know if turning on the AC or stopping charging session works - it's a lottery. One of many, many things that are wrong with this shitty car.

Mine hasn’t been updating for 12 days. Been to the dealership with no solution. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, didn’t work. It’s mind blowing Porsche takes so long to fix bugs. Dealership is useless too, they don’t know what’s wrong. Some ppl’s app randomly started working I read. But it doesn’t make any sense how only a few got it working and not all of us. Don’t think they pushed any updates lately. It’s really annoying how I can’t pre-climate my car and I have to change schedules inside the car instead of on my phone.
