I'm also based in London and went with the all-weather mats. They definitely feel less premium but are much easier to maintain with the rain and mud.
I suggest asking your dealership if they'd be willing to throw them in for free.
That's actually a chargeable option. I didn't paint it myself. On the UK configurator it's called "Personalized vehicle keys painted with case." Option code is BYE. You can customise the colour of the key as well as the lanyard.
Mine started working on its own as well after I connected a slow home charger, which I don't normally do.
