Replacement Cabin Filter

I’ve just received a message in the App saying the cabin filter needs replacing. A bit surprised as the car is only 1 year old - is this normal and has anyone had a replacement fitted at a dealers

I had the same and also a bit surprised. Been told by the dealer it will be replaced as part of the service. Not the best lifespan for it though is it

Strange - I sent an email expressing surprise and asking if they could fit it whilst the car is with them for the range issue. They responded saying that they had checked on the system and found that it shouldn’t require replacing and they would get their Centre's Porsche Pro's to reach out to you in regards to getting this reset so fair play they weren’t looking to earn out of an unnecessary replacement. I’ll try and find out why the App said to replace it.
