Hi all, just an update on this in case anyone else has the same issue. I was just passing Porsche Teeside and popped in to charge a bit. Chancing my luck and asked if an engineer could see if there was a quick fix to this. Top chap popped out and straight away took out a grommet on the rear door...

I've had this issue as well now. Came from knowhere. Strange that a few of us have had this malfunction. Wonder if its a common problem that they are aware of. Out of interest, how long did the fix take at the dealer? Hope it got resolved ok.

Another one here who had it happen on the way home from the dealer. Got home and then went out in it again and never to be see since. Strange how we are all gettingit initislly and then it disappears for the most part!!

I've had the same email saying more compnies had joined apart from Ionity and Porsche centres. Clicked the link but nothing to be found. Hopefully hear more in the coming days

All sorted here as well, thanks for the heads up. Apart from this , been really happy so far. Got an Ohme charger using British Gas and the apps all work well together for the smart charging. Car is amazing. Just hope there are no more data crashes!!
