Two for me here, also in Canada. But they’re only “Label created” on the tracking site - I’ve known FedEx take days to actually do anything from that stage.

I’ll wager there’ll be two parcels - “Adapter, universal, North America” and “Adapter documentation pack, Canadian English/French” although both are listed at 1.9kg.

I called my Porsche dealer and here is his text reply re the NACS adapter

Just verified, it looks like they will be sending out complimentary adapters and your vehicle qualifies. It will essentially be a warranty claim process, however, they have not opened the campaign for it allowing us to provide the adapter just yet. From what I am getting from my parts and service teams that should be available relatively soon. I will keep you posted!

After reading a report of the Tesla charger app now populated with Porsche-compatible stations, I drove to the nearest one to try it out, using a 3rd party adapter. Success!

I got a note in the My Porsche app, and there was a link/form to order it right there.
Probably will use it once, but might as well!

They had the disclaimer "we will begin shipping soon," so not expecting anything overnight here.

It's not a generic announcement, it's an email inviting to order the free NACS adapter.
That's what people are hoping to get next, several of us already got it (AFAIK, only 2025 Macan, no 2024 owner got it yet).

Ah Ok. My email was like 'we got the adapter, click here to buy it for $185'

My local parts manager told me the same thing last week. Said they had them, but wasn't clear on how to distribute them yet; They have to figure how to track who they gave them too. Awaiting the campaign information.

I saw someone on reddit already has one.
