Persistent Warning Lights

Well just to say that after 6 visits to Porsche, my 4S is still randomly flashing up warning lights of various types. This is along with the pan roof that won’t close from tilt in hot weather (finally fixed) bad rattles from behind the passenger dash (now fixed but created 2 other problems in the process…they’re now fixed), rear spoiler that fully deploys at 50 every now and then, and the regen display that suddenly won’t show regen when braking. Its had 3 software updates too, not that they did any good. I now don’t know what warning light is real or a glitch so…..the car’s going back to the dealership and we agree either a replacement car or refund. It’s a 24 plate so there will be an arm wrestle but the warning lights issues started 3 weeks after I took delivery. All logged too on email.
Porsche need shooting for not properly soak testing the car prior to launch……

You have the SQ4 Update? Came in May/June and finally fixed all software issues for me.
Car is fantastic now.

Someone in Canada(?) had a problem with no-regen happening - I think it was sticking in the mode where it uses the brakes at startup to keep them clean. How they got that fixed may be documented on this forum if you can find it.

The spoiler deployment speed chart is around here somewhere too - it's not obvious when the sunroof position is also involved in the process (and a faulty sunroof might interfere with this).

Also, Pembrokeshire? I saw a Macan EV in Stackpole last September on a visit back home. There can't be that many around that area. I was driving a Polestar 2 rental that time.

Mine is going back to the dealer — so it’s not imposible when you have a long history of issues and a strong email trail and list of dealership visits to evidence them.

Yes….had 3 updates, last in June….according to the dealer! Am meeting them on Friday to sort it all out.
