Called my local dealer (Rusnak Pasadena), put it on order about 4 weeks ago.
This morning i called, figuring 9/9 it might be in and it was. They just received an allotment of them yesterday.
Then, even though I had 70% SOC, I had to head over to my nearest Tesla super charger to verify it was all good.

Unfortunately for me, it seems the relatively new Supercharger near my camp in Lincoln NH is not open to "NACS enabled vehicles with CCS compatibility". The older ones further south off 93 in Thorton and Ashland are open, however. But then, its an excuse to drive more miles in the Macan

For finding available Tesla chargers it is easiest to use the Tesla app. Porsche can only use V3 and V4 chargers but do not have access to all of these chargers. Either Tesla has restricted non-Tesla use or the chargers don’t have the necessary CCS communications protocol. I compared PlugShare to Tesla and PlugShare showed Tesla superchargers that the Tesla app did not show. https://supercharge.info/map seems to be in agreement with Tesla if you select the NACS (not Tesla) option in the setup.

As CanadianPorsche83 suggested, not very much, 93kw was the highest rate for the added 10% but worth every watt of it.

You and I are in the same neck of the woods. I'm planning to just try out the Ashland station in a bit…
