The AA guy undone the battery in the frunk to reboot the car. Maybe worth calling porsche Assist (the AA). They get to you within 2 hrs
I have tried most of the suggestions here without any luck. I don't even have power release. I want to try the reboot, but I
soooooo a couple days ago, my AC port would not open... I kept locking and unlocking the car...no go. I went over and opened the DC side, and then closed that....Went back to the AC side, and then it opened.
Hope that helps you guys if you have issues opening the ports again.
I had only charged like 20% on AC...and then accidentally only went to 50% on DC later that day.
The next day when i went to leave, I got the following error.
1762736564481-oa.webp

Drove as usual...park the car and did what i needed to do. Of course, there was no error when i came back. I haven't attempted to AC charge since then, but we'll see.
Thanks for the tip, this works consistently!
I’ve had the issue on several occasions and each time I used the rear door handle lock sensor to reset the door sensor.
With the cat unlocked I use my thumb on the handle to lock, then unlock, then try the charge port door. It usually opens the first tome I try that, if not it will the second time.
Thanks again for mentioning this work around.
Just thought I would add in my experience:
I have MANUAL charging port doors. Neither would open and on starting the car, an alert said "left charging door open". I read on some other pages that the latch can get out of align, and someone used a suction cup to jiggle the door while trying to open.
While prepping, I could hear the other latch clicking on the right side while pushing the left one in. I had my son apply pressure to the left door, and I was able to open the right! I closed it, and the left door magically opened. Hope either of these ideas help someone in the future.

The yellow alert, “charging port impaired” looks ominous, but I have found it will pop up if the powered door tries to close and is blocked, even when it closes properly on the second attempt. Maybe it will pop up in more serious situations as well, but in this case it is trivial and eventually goes away. Should say, “door was blocked, but is fine now.”
