Chassi Level and Smart Lift disappeared

I need to check here as I am getting a bit angry. I have the Macan Turbo, fully loaded. I haven been using the manual Level setting as well as the Smart Lift functionality since I got delivery in July.

Suddenly a couple of weeks ago those two settings went missing. I went to Porsche and they said that the Macan does not have these settings, and none of their other Macans have it either (they said they checked both a Turbo and a 4S).

Can anybody explain what’s going on here?

Another strange thing is the answer you got from Porsche about this feature not available at all on the Macan when it obviously is.

Indeed. My actual sales rep (at another Porsche center) later confirmed it should be there though and even sent me a screenshot from one of their cars.

My GPS location-enabled Smart Lift went south about three months ago but once the dealership did the massive software update (VR28.11/WSD0), it has functioned flawlessly since then— most recently yesterday and again today.

Hope yours is fixed soon and permanently.

My rep told me the update has been pushed to November

One reason may be a vulnerability in wireless CarPlay that can lead to temote code execution. Apple fixed it but most car manufacturers haven’t picked it up yet.
