Does anyone know of any jailbreak / hack to change the sports sound?

I’d love to have a V8/10/12 noise instead of the std sound.

Thankfully Porsche doesn't allow that - and no luck through hacks so far.

As I said:
a) Porsche doesn't allow it on their end
b) so far not seen any hacks on how to do this on a Macan

Your best bet is contacting this guy, he mentions on the comments of the video their solution is custom made and requires hardware. They may be able to help you with this and if so, feel free to share back here!

sure it is doable. as far i understand it there is a module that transfers sound to separate internal speakers. it must be possible to replace this sound module or ad an small synthesizer to it

Indeed, it’s a specific electronic module in the Taycan: the old and new taycans are powered with hundreds of modules, and that is why it’s so hard to update and maintain.

But in the ppe Macan, fortunately they changed everything: the E3 1.2 electronic platform is based on 5 computers, no more (!).
As a consequence, I can’t see any obvious reason for a specific electronic module in order to provide sport sound.
Look: one of the 5 computers is able to do some maths with the speed/acceleration/whatever sensor data and to generate a sound, and then provide the internal and external existing speakers with the generated sound.

IMO, the hack, if it exists, is a software hack for our Macan EVs

thats right if the sound comes from the hifi system. but i think it comes from separate speakers. and if this is the case...

Had the option to do this on the 2018 BMW X3 via coding, the car actually has a lot of sounds built in and you could change it to sound like an M8 for example if you had access to coding tools. The history of embellished engine sounds predates EVs for some brands.

A good place to start might be general research on coding Porsches, there may not be much on the Macan yet and I see people with some limited success using VAGCOM/VCDS with Taycans.
