Usually the big cable plugged into the car takes care of that.

If you're parking in an EV-designated public space and not charging...you shouldn't be.
There are parking areas for only EVs. I’m no talking about chargers, I said parking areas, of course is pretty obvious that a machine with wheels specifically 4 could be a car that may be charging.

Do you have an example of where? Literally never seen this in DC or anywhere else. The only reason to designate parking for EVs is because they are where the charging stations are...why would there be EV-only parking without chargers?

order came with the badge but decided against putting it back on when it was removed for the PPF... think it looks a lot cleaner. Guess that's an option for the undecided

Looks Sharp. Mine just arrived to dealer yesterday morning - hoping to take delivery tomorrow or Tuesday. Here‘s how the body-colored badges look.

I am picking up my white Macan tomorrow and the color matched "electric" looks really nice IMO. I wonder if it's hard to do changing the ones that are standard color?

I spend ~250 eur to have the rear badge in black.
That amount of money on my other car included the roof / mirrors / door handles / window surrounds.
On recollection I should have gone with the free option = silver.
Debadge is also technically free but I feel you are paying them to fit a nicely designed / engineered / finished silver badge on someone else's car 😁
I appreciate some prefer the debadge option (cleaner/smoother/easier to wash/dry/polish/etc.) but to me it looks like you had a rear shunt and you are on the way from the painters to pick your badge up from the stealership which will be wonky for the rest of your life no matter how many lasers/templates you use on your poorly finished non factory painted boot lid 😁

My PPF guy had to remove them and when I saw the price for new "Electric" badges I decided it wasn't worth it and only replaced the model designation badges. Do not miss them.
