I’m picking up my Turbo next week and I’m debating whether to get the all-weather mats or just stick with the standard ones.

I’m based in London, so realistically the worst I’ll deal with is wet shoes rather than mud or snow. I like the idea of extra protection, but I’m not sure if the all-weather ones are overkill for city use.

For those who’ve had them:
Are the all-weather mats worth it if you mostly drive in an urban environment?

Do they feel noticeably more practical, or do they just make the interior feel less/more premium?

Would appreciate any real-world experiences before I drop another £150

I bought these and am very pleased with them. I was not sure how they would look but there good. They are practical and look good in the car. Also have the boot protector which has already been worthwhile.

Hey, get the All Weather Mats...

You won't regret it. I had to wait 7 months for mine when they were ordered with the car as there was a delay, but in that time, the carpet mats just got really dirty despite regular cleaning.

Had them in my original ICE Macan so knew they would be a good idea in the EV.

They are still a premium product and IMO look better than the grubby carpet.

Interesting. I’m also living in London but so far I’ve been using the standard ones but I’m mainly driving from my house to the office and back so not picking up much dirt so guess depends on how you use the car…

Thanks for the input, do you have any pics of the standard mats in situ?

I'm also based in London and went with the all-weather mats. They definitely feel less premium but are much easier to maintain with the rain and mud.
I suggest asking your dealership if they'd be willing to throw them in for free.

So the standard ones are simply carpet?

They are definitely a worthwhile investment. I’m urban and ordered mine with the car, so also had a few months wait after collecting the car until Porsche restocked. They are well worth it in winter, although mine collect up all season grit and wet weather debris. Far easier to keep clean, and won’t wear like carpet ones do from heel pressure over time. I also have the boot liner. This is just a couple of weeks of general winter debris, which I’d struggle with if I was trying to hoover all that grit out of carpets.

My dealer included em for free (I asked) as part of my deal. Had to pay for the frunk mat though.

Weather mats are a non negotiable for any car I buy.
Well worth it....
