Ah, that awful warning. I had it many times in my car before they repurchased it. Apparently they needed to replace the high-voltage charging system below the rear seats because of this. The issue was that it took almost 4–5 months for them to assess it, because they kept saying, “it might be your charger,” since it only appeared occasionally. If you unplug it and plug it back in, it might charge as normal, but that doesn’t mean the issue is gone.Suddenly AC charging won’t charge faster then 3.x kWh usually get 9.x KWh

thanks since the error appeared (and went away) the unit only charges at 3.8kwh no other options or recovery ... only 3.x kwh anymore. Thank youAh, that awful warning. I had many other issues, and I’m not the kind of person who just agrees with everything if I feel something isn’t right. So I basically forced them to reassess it with Porsche AG, and thanks to my real helper at the dealership (the head of service), he helped me actually argue against Porsche for a viable solution because it happened so many times (sometimes at intervals such as once a month).
In short, this isn’t normal and you need them to diagnose it. Do not under any circumstances let them make you think it’s just an occasional issue (of course unless it only happened once and never again).
what EVSE are you using? have you factory reset it? is the car limited to 3.8 kW on other EV chargers?thanks since the error appeared (and went away) the unit only charges at 3.8kwh no other options or recovery ... only 3.x kwh anymore. Thank you
I have a Grizzl-E Duo Charger as i have 2 EV'swhat EVSE are you using? have you factory reset it? is the car limited to 3.8 kW on other EV chargers?
then it's the car - most likely a fault with the OBC - dealer service for diagnosis and repair…I have a Grizzl-E Duo Charger as i have 2 EV's
The other car charges fine with 9.x kwh on either output. So it's for sure not the charger.
