The issue seems to be that many cars are delivered with the mirror set in a total crazy position from the get go.
From your regular passenger mirror setting, the power on, R drive mode, adjust all the way to what you need, save to key should just work.
I've done this procedure for many...
Standard system is Lane Keeping Assist which simply tugs the wheel and makes a noise to keep you in lane.
The upgrade is Active Lane Keep Assist along with Adaptive Cruise Control and on top of that Innodrive.
Same across the Porsche range.
Salesperson is 100% correct.
There is a maintenance mode for the wipers as per all Porsches.
Power on the car, power off press the wiper stalk downwards as if to flick wipe and the wipers will go and stop in the vertical position so that you can lift the blades.
Make sure that the driver's door is closed whilst setting.
So there is a clear difference between the Taycan PCM (and apps) and Macan EV PCM (and apps) which I think I've now got my head around.
On the Taycan Apple Music and Spotify are natively integrated into the PCM and on the Macan EV not.
No faffing with data packages either as its all part and...
Ok so there should be nothing for you to do.
The car would have left the dealership with Porsche Connect active - this uses the same standard connectivity as Apple Music, Spotify, all online connectivity.
The data pass is intended for sharing an internet connection via the vehicle's wifi...
Disable comfort opening on driver key fob - press lock and unlock simultaneously on the key fob to disable.
All comfort features will be temporarily disabled until the drivers key fob button (any) is pressed.
There's a list of commands on the Taycan forum but don't expect the earth - no cruise, locking, etc - heating (its cold or too hot in here works), audio / music, / volume contact calling etc generally yes.
I periodically use it but when simple things like "Hey Porsche, what time is it?"...
Useful for sure but be wary that these articles are rarely updated or corrected when software patches are applied as was the case with the Taycan.
The entire rulebook on Range drive mode changed folling a major software upgrade. Originally, on AWD models the rear motor would be powered off and...
What's wrong with that statement?
In UK you would need a 3 phase supply to get 11kW and obviously your EVSE would be required to rated at this or higher.
So "up to" is accurate to my mind.
For US I guess you would need the equivalent power source - 80A or so.
Yep - so both motors are in play but the emphasis on power distribution / bias shifts to be predominantly RWD in Normal drive mode which is what. I said earlier.
No different to Macan ICE except the distribution / bias is greater as the Macan EV is much faster to react (electric rather than...
