Same situation a couple of years back when the ultra-rapid devices were first installed (at my dealership) - out of action more often than not, non-EVs parked in the spaces and not free (or always accessible out of office hours).
I don't think the dealership is responsible for maintaining -...
I would say is 'normal' and typical across the range. Glad that it is being replaced but don't be surprised if the replacement ends up similar after a while.
Which EVSE do you use?
If not Porsche then I assume your brand will have the data accessible somehow or other.
PMC+ (also Porsche) is not WiFi enabled so I'm guessing many owners won't have access to charging history either if not accessible separately in the cloud.
Could be (I have the PMCC) but I've always thought that it was cloud stored with your My Porsche ID and so accessible independent of the EVSE - annoying if not. The source may be the issue and if not the car then that might explain it.
Run out models so using up components to prepare for EV variant.
Low volume to begin with so the percentage increase isn't too exciting.
Suspect the cars went to dealers to sell rather than frantic last of the line customer orders.
Same situation will arise with forthcoming Cayenne EV which will spike. Key difference that EV, ICE and hybrid will continue to be developed and sold alongside which tells its own story. Didn't happen with Macan due to the cybersecurity concern (believe that if you will) but i still expect ICE...
Yes!
Can't you export the data from Charging History and review in PDF (or convert to Excel) - top right hand corner - fliter / download?
You can also apply filters (start to end month) within 'Charging History'.
Ensure you have the latest version of the app.
Can't remember how to enable (perhaps during install) but if you click on 'Report an Issue with this App' (it may also mention you can shake (no need to shake vigorously, moderate shoogle will suffice)) which will then take you to the bug reporting screen.
'Rage shake' works for me (Android).
Nothing to do with the cell network and these types of issues plagued the Taycan in the early days (and still can occur from time to time). My theory is that back office housekeeping on a per region basis may knock out various services that you use through the app and can take a while to...
I think the objective is to disable the system without reverting to disabling it within the PCM which becomes too much effort. It will work (of course).
Did the keyfob method not work?
