To the best of my knowledge CarPlay is not supported on iPadOS. I have iOS 26 on my iPhone 16 and all the new features are present in my Macan. NO apps support the video in CarPlay et though.

My Turbo, in Sport Plus is a genuine hot hatch in my opinion. A big one, but so versatile. It's really an incredible combo.

My HUD has gone dark, but has not come back, even after a month. My Porsche dealer can’t get parts to replace the HUD control module, so waiting on that.

If you run Apple HomeKit it does not need a hub, or an app once setup.

I use the Meross device for my Garage Door and Gate, they work greta with HomeKit, and they do appear in CarPlay, but I also have automations and scenes to open them which I activate from my watch too.

Ok, interesting, just checked and no HomeLink on the NZ configurator. I’ve never seen it offered on an NZ spec car before.

Also check your Macan is not connected to your home WiFi (well not the same WiFi network that your iPhone is connected to).

I have the same issue, there is a passenger ferry at the end of my street, I get warnings even if not navigating anywhere. Not the biggest problem in the world but would be nice to turn it off.

This is my experience too. My Turbo was updated in a couple of hours. 8:30am drop off , midday pickup.

I like it. I have onboard an external detail spray and a few micro fibre towels, large micro fibre towel and also a USB-C vacuum cleaner which is surprisingly good. Not quite as hardcore as your setup though!
