Even though this is the Chinese version of the VW, i.e., for China, VW is likely to get it for the other markets.
Will Porsche (VW Group) ever get it?

The more you learn about FSD the less you'll want it - it is the prime example of "everything was great until it wasn't"............... The over-reliance on that technology has caused accidents and will likely continue to do that.

that Self Driving system does look impressive...I bet it's politics or security concerns why that's not used in other countries....or their capabilities/mapping is specific to china

That level of self driving will require many new sensors as well as legislative support. I wouldn't expect something like that until after 2030, so maybe in the second Macan EV refresh.

And in the case of Porsche I think it will also require market pressure -- the brand is focused on people who want to drive their cars, and while Porsche offers limited driving assistance today, I would expect them to be slow to adopt self driving.
