hello,
I have had the same issues with my 2024 Macan Ev. Burning smell has persisted despite 3 trips to the dealership. In one instance they replaced the heater box but then burning rubber/smoke smell persists and now they are saying that they cannot duplicate the problem and have nothing further they can do. anyone get this issue successfully addressed?
They told me it can happen once or twice, usually during the first winter after pickup and that it's OK, just ignore it ;)

It's already official that it's a faulty heat exchanger which needs to be replaced. So, no - it's not okay ;).

Is there a bulletin number or something else I can show to my very professional and super premium dealer that sells more bullshit that actual cars?

They have already replaced the heater compartment for my car but the burning smell is persisting and stronger than before when I drove it for 2 weeks after the repair. Took the car back to the service center is unable to reproduce the smell and so report that they can do nothing more to fix it. Anyone with this issue have it persist after repair?
