Touch screen failed.

Driving around on Friday, the vehicle touchscreen stopped responding. I was on the security check screen when it happened, and nothing could be done to change it, including two soft resets with the volume button and turning the vehicle "off" and on. It appeared that all the underlying software (e.g. nav, media, etc.) was still operating and the drivers display was acting normally, including map display. But i could not enter the security code to get the center display working.

Charged it over night and when I came back the next morning, it was working normally.

Anyone have experience with this electronic gremlin?
