Well, I’m getting my ‘26 Macan 4 in a week and I have been pouring over all documentation available. Here is what you were asking:
Max. wading depth (steel suspension) (PASM) 11.8 in
Max. wading depth (steel suspension) 11.8 in
Max. wading depth (air suspension) (normal level) 11.8 in
Max...
Now I am one week from Delivery, a little nervous and mostly excited.
I am set to get a GYEON ceramic coat and XPEL XR+ tint on 4 side windows and hatch. Worked out to pick up my car from PECLA two days before we were flying to the east coast and the detailer will take care of it while we’re...
@atebit the ChatGPT explanation does make a lot of sense, I am trying to understand what settings you had. Do you have a high desired charging level, but just a timer set that is delaying the start? If that’s the case, I would have expected the car to enable the charge for a second or two to...
I would first guess that you are in private mode, have the network disabled. Alternatively, does the map show the correct location, are there GPS signal issues? Those would typically be the two ways for the vehicle to automatically set the clock.
I too wish that Porsche would allow saved alterations to the normal mode, but I can understand their thinking as well that the key-on settings are consistent for all cars, not that you could put it into low suspension with key-on or such. This also means that the ESS cannot be automatically...
@JonnyDW from your profile I guess you are in the UK however the flag in this forum shows USA. @Administrator
I’m wondering if there is a Country specific filter going on that blocks Apple Music from the UK with the Macan?
@MacanEVOwner I also appreciate Tom Moloughney’s content both on range tests and especially on L2 chargers.
I agree that you get 60 miles more range going at 70 versus 80 miles an hour in his test, but his point was that if you have a fast charging electric vehicle, then you can compensate for...
It’s very strange now, during financing I see no write up of the Park Assist feature, but this is also the same thing I see when I try to load my saved bill. It gives me a warning that it will remove PX7 and then loads. Due to price increases since my original purchase in October last year even...
@bgottlie oh, you give me such hope. I should be taking Delivery of my 2026 Macan 4 on April 10th at PECLA. I have over 10,000 miles of road trips planned for the next few months. I will try to collect reasonable analytics. I only expect 19 inch wheels to maximize range. But I seldom drive 70...
Hi @SergeyIndy I have been living vicariously from this forum and the EVKX site. The charging curve they show for all of the Macan variants (as all same battery) is:
The web site is: https://evkx.net/models/porsche/macan/macan_4/chargingcurve
Well, I plan to call the experience center this week once they have officially received my car to ask what parking feature I do have.
My question relates to ordering the car with “3D Surround View and Porsche Digital Key” but after the car was at the dock, I noticed going into the configurator...
For my Taycan 4S on 20”
I had used Continental ProContact RX and I had 23k mi or 37k km on two sets since I started tracking. I had put over 100k miles on that car and went though many sets of tires. Replaced when lowest was 4/32”.
Macan 4 coming April 10th.
The ship made it to Benicia which oddly is the port they use for the experience Center. Even though it got into San Diego, which is much closer two days ago. Maybe Benicia Port Authority is better and that’s why they use it for the experience center. At any rate my car should be on dryland again...
Totally agree with @SandyHaus. Certainly well documented and diagnosed. Very sorry to hear of your DCFC woes; hope Porsche can resolve them for you soon @Paris92.
I have a delivery date set for my 2026 Macan 4. I’ll get her on April 10th at the Porsche Experience Center Los Angeles.
If interested in the spec, see the Stealth 2.0 thread.
I have been contacted by Porsche Cars North America PCNA experience delivery and have set my experience/delivery on April 10th.
Though I picked this date for personal scheduling reasons, not even knowing the significance of April 10 as being “National Erase Self-Negativity Day: Encourages...
On a more serious note, did you have your vehicle wrapped or at least in the hood? They often have to remove such items and reattach them after the wrap. Maybe it was not re-fixed fixed properly?
