OK, I see, thanks! Found a way to delete scheduled departure time - just swipe it right to left from the screen. Still car shows that it is charging (green lights everywhere) while display says charging session is complete. I'm paying so much attention to the charging because I believe those two issues (car not terminating charging session and car losing SoC) are related, and it is easier to make the dealer look into the charging as it easily reproducible.

Let's change the angle of the research - are there any Macan EV user who left the car idle for few days (preferably a week or longer) and found 0% SoC loss?
Left mine for 7 days last week with 0% SOC loss.

[/QUOTE]

Hi to All.

My 1% SoC loss/day occurs when I go on multi-day business trips.

As I was one of the 1st week commercial production factory ordered Macan 4 EV proud owners in 2024 I was also one of the 1st to be shocked by the 12v battery during whirl the main batttery showed 80% charge.

After the Dealwr had to break into the car as none of the safety options to open the car worked they were able to flat bed it and reset all factory settings.

What we discovered was that the 12v battery doesn’t feed off the main battery.

To avoid risk of the 12v batt from firing again as it is needed to open and start the car, I was told to set the departure and preheat function on my travel days.

That eats 1% / day of my main Battery Charge.

That’s ok as 1 week away is 5%-7% loss but my car opens and it starts.

Yay!

Rather experience a little main battery SoC loss but be able to get in and drive.

Since adopting this process I’ve enjoyed carefree business travel and coming home to get in my car and go without a worry.

Happy motoring to all. Paolo

I have no battery drain in either of my Macan EV’s, either overnight or over multiple days in an airport garage or my private garage.
