It's outrageous how this was resolved!
I bought the solution myself from Aliexpress and applied it to my seat belts.

I had ordered my Macan with chalk belts - now the Porsche center has installed belt stoppers, but only in black - and they mention that they do not offer those In chalk.
It does look odd - and I't like to change them.

"Odd" would not be my first choice of word
You won't be able to find chalk ones (or any other colour than black) as this was a cheap as possible bodge by Porsche after they received several complaints from customers of the headache inducing rattle from the seatbelt buckle hitting against the B-pillar.
Porsche initial "solution" of that useless clip that needs to be pushed all the way up to jam the seat buckle so it doesn't rattle has not worked to their amazement.
Porsche even put a section in the manual with pictures especially for this "procedure". Something along the lines of if you don't like the free rattle you need to jam the belt buckle to the top with the provided clip every time, alternatively use a passenger.

Yep, dealer install fix during a service... It is the back side, so it doesn't bother me at all, and it fixes rattles. Not worth discussing, enjoy the car!

I guess if you are in the passenger seat and the car is still moving without someone in the driver's seat you have bigger problems than a seat belt rattle.

How cheap thatPorsche is not providing fixes in the color of the seat belt, which was quite an expensive option.
