Roof transport system. 95C860019

Looking for some tips on how to install a Porsche roof transport system 95C860019 on my Macan e Turbo 2025
There are no installation instructions and the roof transport system is not intuitive.

Note that the foot carrier covers are used as locking/unlocking leavers
