Owner's Manual in PCM - No Content

Within the PCM if I navigate to Owner's Manual app I get the following error: " No Contents are available. Please contact your Porsche Center"

Before Contacting Porsche, curious if anyone else having this issue?

My wife just bought a new Kia, and they have the same option in their dash. IDK how common this is among all the brands, but for her car, it's just a QR code to scan and bring up the manual on the MFR website.
I know the manual was already posted here somewhere...but was it for the US?

Mine has it loaded... maybe it's something the dealer loads at PDI?

BE WARNED!!! If you reset to factory settings within the PCM you WILL LOOSE the digital owners manual. To fix you will have to go back to Porsche to have them re-install it. It’s region specific hence why if reset it’s gone.

do you mean by holding the power button for 30 seconds? Is this the factory reset?

No, it’s in the settings menu under system.

Huh, I did both the volume reset and factory default reset and my Manual is still available.

It reboots the PCM. I did it when I was trouble solving my AC issue.

Issue resolved by going back to the dealer and having the service department load the owners manual back.

Holding the volume button will reboot your system. Factory reset will erase all your settings and delete any user specific data

I’m in Canada and my Porsche dealer doesn’t even know how to get the owner’s manual loaded. Should I be contacting someone else? If I call Porsche Canada, they tell me to contact local Porsche centre. But when I was at the dealership, nobody there knew how to get it downloaded ??‍ Manual was never on the PCM for me.
