Hi all- my entertainment sound has stopped working. Still get sound in nav, copilot, etc- just not media. Any suggestions? Should I try to reboot PCM? (If so, can someone please provide that “how to” for a 2025 macan electric- can’t find online- tyvm)

I've had a similar issue when the car hasn't operated for a few days and is in a garage without good a good cell signal. Parking (or driving outside) seems to let it refresh and it seems to recover. Don't know if this will apply in your situation, but this is a constant in mine . . .

Thank you - I had wondered if cell connection strength had anything to do with the ”gremlins” I have been experiencing (i’m also getting lots of errors intermittently re: the driver assistance systems; and I’m currently getting the “component“ error message that I’ve also seen others mentioned), because indeed I live in a bit more rural location where there is no cell reception reliably at my house. However, I did drive it into town yesterday and it was parked (without me being nearby with the fob) so it should have gone into “deep sleep” for over 2 hrs, and that didn’t remedy anything. I’m also noting the post above with reference to disconnecting the cable next to the Bose system in the trunk - I looked at doing that but I can’t really tell how you are supposed to disconnect the table and it’s tough to grab. I have done the “soft reset” of the PCM by holding the volumn button for ~20 seconds multiple times, and that has not helped unfortunately. I also unfortunately live ~3 hrs from the closest dealership… Ugg
