I can confirm that at 150 km/h in Normal position the spoiler is full extended, in Sport+ and in every driving mode with the roof open (completely) the spoiler is fully extended at 90 km/h Removed the "IA Translated" graph from my post. The German one is correct.

@Tomcat I don’t see where this is complicated: set once and (in my case) it always worked.

Maybe because the screen showed by @W1NGE it's not the Macan one... and there's no option to turn on or off for this feature...
