And they will do nothing for you because they don't have any clue of what is going on.
Indeed, in the end, the only way is the cancellation of the contract with the help of lawyers...

Does that mean that Porsche, or the dealer, (or both) do NOT accept that the car is defective and dangerous? Or do they expect you to test drive it after each visit to the service center, until either the issues are fixed, or the power loss causes a major accident? Or something else entirely? Is there perhaps a warranty clause that I'm missing ?
I'm genuinely curious, because my naive assumption is that Porsche has to abide by the same consumer protections laws that in general protect us from getting ripped of by shitty products that don't work

Let's be cristal clear: Porsche France and the dealership don't take their responsibilities.

You are totally right: they expect me to drive, test and eventually crash. There is no problem for them to try and fail to solve the problem, to let me drive a dangerous car between the interventions , to give me an appointment 7 weeks after the report of the problem leaving me with virtually no car in the meantime. Also, I live at 50 km of the Porsche center, and there Is no possibility for them to pick the car even with a truck. Dangerous car, not a problem, drive your car stupid consumer.
Also, they are liers. About the 1% loss, they said that it was related to my dashcam (thats NOT possible, there is no dashcam in the world that is able to consume 1kWh per 24h), they stopped the investigations and they tried to charge me the loaner 6ke for one month, and on top of that 2,5ke for the analysis because it was not under warranty. Of course, the day after I took back my car, I removed entirely the dashcam, and ... always this 1% of loss of battery per day...

Frankly, as @Petzi advised us with this kind of issues in another thread, the only option is to hire a lawyer, and to hit with a hammer.

To summarize: if you have a car with a problem that Porsche is unable to fix easily, don't wait, take a lawyer, cancel the contract and forget the brand Porsche.

Besides, the price of maintenance and parts is crazy, a total nonsense even if you have a lot of money.
On this forum, 30% of the cars seem to have the 1% issue, and I think it's linked to a more systemic problem, that will for exemple contribute to the degradation of the HV battery.... which Porsche doesn't fix (they replace it for what, 50k€ ? Total nonsense), and in the meantime they were very proud of the design of the macan EV which is based on different replaceable modules!

You likely have a 12v battery issue (or the electronics that provide the 12v to the modules). As the voltage drops, all the sensors start to enter undefined territory and emit random errors. 12v issues are the Achilles heel of cars these days, particularly EVs.

I had a similar issue and my Macan 4 EV, 2024 completely went black, locked up and died. Had to be towed to dealer. Became a Central Box CJ26 that runs the 12V batter to the electrical main battery issue. Would have cost approximately $7,000 (AI estimate) with labor. Had my car one week. Dealer would not give me a straight answer on actual cost, but good thing it's still under warranty and I'll trade in before the warranty runs out that's for sure.. I'm sorry this happened, I would have been frightened especially in remote areas where I live.

@byebye Your frustration is justified.
As you say, engaging a lawyer is the best way to go about it.
Or better still, ask them to take it back and give them a carrot, swapping it with a GTS. ;)
The GTS has some improvements and good reviews as a 'sweet spot'! One bad luck doesn't mean the same experience with the next one.
I still don't see any substitute for a Macan EV. Not even an iX3, except perhaps a Xiaomi YU7, 🤔 but it's not in the European market yet.

Edit: Lotus Eletre might be the one to get.

You're right @Awaz, but you know, the WAF must be taken into consideration. She was scared because of loss of power in several circumstances, and she doesn't want a Porsche EV again, because of that, and because of Porsche France and dealership bad behavior.
you can fool her only once...

Some iX3 seem to have the same problem of loss of power 😅
YU7, it's 2027.
Lotus Eletre, 5m10, tooo big

Maybe I will consider a bridge, a 50ke car to wait 12-18months to see what happens, reliability of iX3, i3, future byd, xiaomi, rivian, a smaller lucid etc
Thanks to Porsche, I don't see any reason to focus only on European brands...
