So back in the middle of October, my car got a flat tire. I was going to an event, when I pulled up to the ballet. I suddenly got a tire pressure warning and had a flat. Whatever caused it was big and in the sidewall so could not be patched. So I had to leave my car at the ballet and get it towed to Porsche the next day. I used Porsche roadside Service, and at that point everything seem to work well.
Dealership got the tires when they went to install it. They noticed that there were two wheel sensors that appear to have been damaged during the towing. They have the sensors ready to install, but now I’ve been waiting on a claim from roadside assistance in order to install them. It is now been a month and a half that we are waiting on this. Luckily, I have a loaner but I would like to get my car back. As anybody have any experience or advice for trying to expedite this? The dealer has been proactive, but they have not been hearing much. I have tried to call as well, but have been unable to get in touch with one of the claims managers.
