@lukine you should just get them to downgrade the onboard charger software. I had this and it works flawless now. I'm sure in the future they make have a version that doesn't break charging, but it was just not worth it at this point. the Super Chargers here are 70c a kw/w so charging at home is something that needs to be available all the time. at these charger rates at the electrify canada (up until recently) you would have been better off with a petro car (when you take into account operating costs and capital cost vs opportunity cost of that money in the market).

This downgrade for only the onboard charger was the only thing that 'fixed' the charger issues for me. I had the charger patter alerts you showed until the downgrade (not the whole car, just the charger software).
I have an appointment to bring the car in next Thursday. Not sure if they allow customer to request what to do with the vehicle. But I can mention it to them. Thanks!

You can absolutely do this. I had a problem with the HUD fading out in the sun sometimes. I found the workshop document that detailed this, and, on the second attempt, gave them the specific document number which they then ran through to fix my problem. The first time they simply turned up the brightness of the HUD.

Being specific with document IDs is better than "just rollback the update" is helpful to get them the correct procedure - they're busy, and the notes often don't make it to the shop floor. The document number for the rollback process is ATI #2604, and the PDF for this can be seen here: https://dot.report/bulletins/MC-11032391-0001.pdf

They should. All you have to do is explain to them at that you can't charge at home on AC, post software installs, DC charging still works fine.

If memory Serves me correct this is the service notice:
PRMS Ticket 4031750
Programming Code Level F8G2X Resolves
WSJ0 Campaign 93133540 1.29 ATI 2604

I provided those numbers, and a confirmation the symptoms, and they didn't offer any resistance at all to the programing work;

I would be shocked if your dealer wasn't aware of this and didn't want to do this downgrade. They are hesitant and only want to do it on confirmed cases, because there are other fixes in the software that will be removed. They actually need those fixes, so there will be an update to at some point... but there is no indication of when. Point is you have to be able to charge, so they will downgrade, and then do the new upgrade when its ready.
