What is the collective wisdom regarding depreciation on Macan, the video suggests a $52k offer for a 1Y old / 13k miles vehicle that cost them $99k, gulp, almost 50% loss in a year! That is crushing in any book.

What size wheels do you have? This is a 'common' problem on BMW X5 and 22" wheels (rear 315/30 R22) according to Kwik-Fit, as, they say, "due to the setup and the tyres being extremely wide". Fundamentally not an alignment issue, but "expected". I've no idea if they were talking total rubbish!

Thanks, of course the dealers need to be funded, a mix of service plus sales, but it seems the value to the dealers out of sales in recent years has severely diminished. Not sure it improves as many brands transition to the 'agency' model, where prices are set by the manufacturer and they pay...
