Trunk door interior red lights

I just noticed the 2 red lights on the inside of the trunk door aren't illuminating when trunk door is open.Are they normal lights or just reflectives?I think there are some videos showing them to go on when the door opens while others are showing them to not emitting any light.

Not 100% certain but they are most likely reflectors only but this may vary by region. My Taycans only had reflectors and my Macan T (ICE) is the same.

Also don't appear illuminated on the configurator - no need really when the taillights are still visible with the trunk open.
