I got both from Amazon.

Level 2 adapter:
TeslaTap Mini - Tesla to J-1772 Adapter - 80 AMP - Made in USA (TTMINI80) https://a.co/d/5maf1NR

Level 3 adapter:
Lectron NACS to CCS Electric Vehicle Adapter - 500 Amps / 1,000V - Compatible with Tesla Superchargers - Fast Charge CCS1 EVs with Vortex Plug [Check with Your Automaker for Compatibility] https://a.co/d/5rOM53Y

I selected the TeslaTap after watching a State of Charge video (video is now 3 years old; may be more recent reviews out there). A key feature is that it allows for locks on both ends of the adapter.

I can’t recall what influenced me to go with Lectron for DC fast charge, except it is a premium brand, and this model is rated at a higher voltage and amperage than the Macan specifications at DC peak charging speed (800 volts, ~350 amps).

IMO, right now the TeslaTap is more useful to own because there are many hotels that have NACS cables. I haven’t used the Lectron because the two Tesla DC charging sessions I’ve done were at Magicdock locations where a personal adapter wasn’t needed. The Lectron will be most valuable after Tesla authorizes Porsche access to their wider charging network.
